Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bm8 ("bm8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atbm8.casa

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any bm8 service — including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and promotional programmes — you unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

bm8 operates under international licensing terms and is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for players across Malaysia and internationally permitted jurisdictions. These Terms are designed to protect both the Player and the integrity of the Platform.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on bm8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are21 years of age or older. Proof of age may be requested bym8 at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension or closure.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the bm8 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme or national gambling exclusion registry that covers this Platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of bm8 or any affiliated entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration & Maintenance

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the bm8 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Any material change to your registered details must be communicated to bm8 Support promptly. bm8 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bm8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify bm8 Support immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, bm8 is required to complete KYC verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bm8 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Availability of specific payment methods may vary by region and may be subject to periodic change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published on the Platform at the time of transaction. bm8 reserves the right to revise transaction limits at any time. For MYR transactions, the standard minimum deposit is RM 30 and the standard minimum withdrawal is RM 50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or account tier.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and satisfactory completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements. bm8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits unless otherwise approved by bm8.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on bm8 for Malaysian users are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). bm8 does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your bank, eWallet provider, or blockchain network may impose their own charges for which bm8 accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and reward programmes offered by bm8 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for the purposes of that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded to a User's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering Requirements shall be calculated as multiple of the bonus amount received. Different game types may contribute varying percentages towards the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement — details are provided in each offer's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse bm8's bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of automated betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine engagement, or collusion with other players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not claimed, activated, or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without further notice.

Wagering & Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bm8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market as displayed on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy, malfunction, or technical error affecting the recording or settlement of a wager, bm8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.

bm8 reserves the right to set and adjust betting limits for any game, market, or individual User Account at its sole discretion, including imposing lower maximum bet limits on specific markets or for specific Users where deemed necessary.

Odds and market availability for sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets — are subject to change without notice and may be suspended or removed at any time. All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled or amended by the User after placement.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bm8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Use of the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to generate bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human engagement.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of the Platform in a manner that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the service for other Users.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary data from the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

bm8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take active steps to support Player wellbeing. All Players are encouraged to gamble within their means and to use the responsible gambling tools available within their Account settings.

bm8 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to cap the amount you can fund your Account in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or hard session limits to manage how long you play in a single session.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds; once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bm8 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, game software, audio and video content, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of bm8 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of bm8.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bm8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including any losses incurred as a result of:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform service.
• Delays in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits.
• Loss of data, gaming history, or Account information due to unforeseen technical issues.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes that have already been settled in good faith.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

bm8's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination & Suspension

bm8 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any User Account at any time and without prior notice where bm8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity;
• Provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Abused a bonus or promotional offer in bad faith;
• Used the Platform in a manner detrimental to other Users or to the integrity of the Platform.

A User may close their own Account at any time by submitting a written request to bm8 Support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Upon Account closure, any verified cash Balance (exclusive of uncleared Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

Privacy & Data

bm8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in thePrivacy Policy.

bm8 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unafiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification services) where necessary to deliver the Platform's services, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bm8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bm8 will provide notice to registered Users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at bm8.casa/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last reviewed.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of bm8's operational licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to bm8's customer support team for informal resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents bm8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
